Conditions for using Timepio
1. Scope
These Terms of Use apply to the use of the Timepio application, provided by Have a nice day e.U. By using the app, you accept these terms.
2. Service Description
Timepio is an application for shift scheduling, time tracking, and team communication. The app enables creating shift plans, recording working hours, managing vacations, and exchanging messages within the team.
3. User Account
An account is required to use the service. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials. Sharing credentials with third parties is not permitted. If you suspect unauthorized access, please inform us immediately.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose, not to provide false information, not to upload content that violates applicable law, and not to manipulate or decompile the app.
5. Subscription & Payment
Timepio offers paid subscriptions. In-app purchases are processed through the respective app store (Apple/Google). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before expiration. Cancellation is done through the settings of the respective app store.
6. Availability
We strive for high availability of the app but cannot guarantee it. Maintenance work will be announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for data loss caused by force majeure or third-party providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Use is at your own risk. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of consumer protection law apply.
