Timepio is operated by Have a nice day e.U. Your employer is the data controller for the data processed within the application. We act as a data processor on behalf of your employer.

Personal information (name, email, position), work schedules and time tracking data, location data (only when check-in verification is enabled), communication data (messages between team members), and device information for push notifications.
3. How We Use Your Data
All data is used exclusively for workforce management: creating and managing work schedules, recording working hours, calculating overtime and breaks, facilitating team communication, and generating work reports.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on servers within the European Union. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
